What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist service customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude


• Safely move vehicles between service areas and maintain an organized service drive
  


• Assist with customer shuttle services


• Ensure our customer lounges are welcoming and well-stocked


• Serve as the first point of contact with customers to provide technology-related assistance


• Guide customers through Audi's advanced driver-controlled, in-vehicle technologies


• Answer technology questions as customers learn about their Audi's features

Schedule:

• Monday: 8am-7pm


• Tuesday-Friday: 8am-5:30pm

What You'll Need:

• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Must be 18 or older


• Strong technology skills and aptitude for learning new systems


• Ability to communicate technical information in a customer-friendly manner


• Ability to work in various weather conditions
