Description - HP Inc. is ‘reinventing’ itself and in the process, launching new product categories, services and solution offerings. The Workforce Solutions (WS) marketing organization is looking for an experienced and energetic self-starter who is passionate about delivering customer outcomes, competitive and market analysis, and creating compelling narratives and content that excites customers and enables successful selling of services to business customers large and small. This service portfolio includes offerings that improve both the employee and IT experience in today’s modern, distributed workforce. In this role as a global Portfolio Marketing Manager for HP Renew Services, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate and help accelerate growth for one of the company’s most exciting incubation businesses, serving as a subject matter expert for the marketing organization. Responsibilities: Develop customer- and channel-facing value propositions, messaging and the service narrative for the new and enhanced commercial Renew Solutions portfolio of refurbished hardware, services and programs. Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria. Understand and support our sales channels; develop content to train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users. Orchestrate and communicate plans for marketing and sales enablement content creation for Renew Solutions launches and updates across functional stakeholders in the service offer management, channel, customer and go-to-market marketing teams.
Education and Experience Required: Associates degree in Marketing or related field; Bachelor's preferred. 5+ years marketing experience. Technology services or technology industry experience Experience or passion for environmental solutions or programs a plus Knowledge and Skills: Sound knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools. Superior written/oral communications and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams; Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines Strong writing and storytelling skills Ability to think creatively while basing ideas in strategy and data. Demonstrated program leadership and management capabilities Demonstrated ability to translate technical details into differentiating customer and partner benefits and key selling points Ability to develop compelling value propositions and positioning for multiple products/services Experience developing customer-centric services or product messaging, pitch decks and other sales enablement collateral targeted to customers and partners in commercial segments Experience with competitive and market research, with the ability to identify industry trends, customer needs and opportunities for differentiation and incorporate into effective sales and marketing messaging, narratives and strategies Proven track record in insights and data-led planning that informs world class briefs and creative. Superior project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously. Knowledge and experience with content and social marketing Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Teams, Zoom, Smartsheets
