This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for automobiles and strong customer service skills. As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring they have a positive experience while communicating in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide guidance on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and available options.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and managing service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with automotive technicians and service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay informed about automotive trends and new product offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
