Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about banking services, account management, and product offerings via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting account issues, transaction questions, and service changes.
• Provide guidance on online banking services and security measures.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and product updates to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
