Key Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and coordinate with technical support teams.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in biotechnology to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the biotechnology or life sciences field, is preferred.
