In this role, you will provide invaluable support to clients, contractors, and stakeholders while assisting with inquiries related to our construction services and products, all while communicating effectively in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to construction projects, services, and products via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate information about project specifications, timelines, and pricing.
• Help clients navigate the construction process and address any issues or concerns they may have.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely and effective communication about project developments.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the construction or related industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
