Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding educational programs, e-learning platforms, and course materials via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist students and teachers in navigating online learning systems and resources.
• Provide enrollment support and information about course offerings, pricing, and policies.
• Resolve any issues or concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions thoroughly and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborate with educational teams to enhance service delivery and respond to customer needs.
• Stay informed about educational trends and our product offerings to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the education or e-learning sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
