As part of our customer service team, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding products, orders, and services, ensuring a delightful experience in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and delivery schedules via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide detailed information about menu options, ingredients, dietary restrictions, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Address and resolve any complaints or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to provide timely updates to customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company products to enhance customer inquiries.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
