As a representative, you will assist travelers and hospitality clients with their inquiries and needs, ensuring they receive top-notch service in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
• Provide information on destinations, travel packages, promotions, and local attractions.
• Assist customers with modifications to bookings, cancellations, and other service-related issues.
• Document customer interactions meticulously to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with hospitality and tourism professionals to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively assist our clients.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle inquiries sensitively and efficiently.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer support technologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
