As a representative, you will assist customers navigating their inquiries related to shipping, supply chain management, and operational processes while communicating effectively in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, and customs processes.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and coordinating with relevant teams for solutions.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and service resolution.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support.

• Fluency in Portuguese (oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to navigate multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
