Job Description - Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media content and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a representative, you will assist clients with various inquiries and guide them through the vast array of entertainment options available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries regarding media services, subscriptions, and entertainment content via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with account management tasks such as setting up new subscriptions, canceling services, or troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide detailed information about media offerings, including new releases, features, and ongoing promotions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve customer concerns.
  • Keep informed about industry trends, new media content, and technology to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize inquiries effectively.
  • Problem-solving capabilities with a focus on positive outcomes for customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and an understanding of digital media platforms.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
