As a customer service representative, you will engage with patients and healthcare providers in Portuguese, assisting them with their inquiries about pharmaceutical products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about pharmaceutical products, prescription processes, and healthcare protocols via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist in processing prescription orders and addressing any related issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and compliance.
• Collaborate with pharmacy teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about pharmaceutical developments and company products to enhance customer support.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
