Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about available properties, pricing, and market conditions.
• Assist clients with the application and leasing process, and address any questions that may arise.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for effective record-keeping.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client needs.
• Stay informed about real estate trends, company offerings, and local market changes to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills and a personable approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to navigate complex inquiries and provide clear, concise information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer service.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices is desirable.
