Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to renewable energy services and products via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Educate customers about renewable energy options, benefits, and installation processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams to resolve service inquiries.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Stay informed about industry developments to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear and relatable manner.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
