As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Portuguese, addressing inquiries and providing support related to social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about social media functionalities, account management, and policy guidelines via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist users in troubleshooting account issues, providing guidance on features, and resolving complaints effectively.
• Educate customers on best practices for using social media platforms safely and effectively.
• Document all customer interactions ensuring that all records are accurate in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve user satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and platform updates to better assist customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the social media or tech industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy skills to provide excellent customer support.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of service.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
