Job Description - Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to announce an opening for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and are fluent in Portuguese. You will assist customers in navigating their telecommunications inquiries and ensure they have a positive experience with our services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and devices via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
  • Provide assistance with service activation, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Educate customers on products, billing, and service upgrades.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new products and promotions to provide current information to customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
