Post Acute/Skilled Care Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Post Acute/Skilled Care Administrator to lead our nursing home facility in providing exceptional patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for healthcare excellence, and the ability to manage daily operations effectively while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the nursing home facility to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Maintain effective communication with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies, patient satisfaction, and overall performance of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the financial viability of the facility.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator License for the State of Tennessee (current and in good standing).
• AHA-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a nursing home or post-acute care facility.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Health Care Administration or a health-related concentration.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational goals.
