Post Cure Inspector - Clean Room

No Experience Necessary. We Will Train!

Da/Pro Rubber is currently looking for a POST CURE INSPECTOR to join our team at the Broken Arrow, OK location. This facility is located at 601 N Poplar Ave 

This position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm

The Post Cure Inspector is responsible for finishing rubber products after the production process.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour. Wage increases available for strong work performance and solid attendance. 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Washes and dries rubber parts in industrial cleaning equipment.

• Determines temperature and time of heating cycle as established on traveler.
• Adjusts dryer controls and observes the prescribed temperature
• Loads parts into dryer, removes parts after prescribed time and allows parts to cool in air.
• Inspect manufactured products for conformance to specifications
• Separate components with defects including but not limited to cracks, marks, holes, tears and contamination
• Notify supervisor of excessive defects on any particular component
• Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork

OTHER NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Speak to others to convey information effectively
• Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to accurately weigh, count and document inspection results
• Some experience entering data into a computer required
• Strong attention to detail
