Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead post frame construction crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and manage workflow on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needs and communicate requirements for timely procurement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address any issues or changes.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to promote productivity and professional development.

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in post frame construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of post frame building techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Commitment to safety and ability to enforce safety standards on job sites.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and perform manual labor as needed.

Salary is 85 K - 100 k
