About Us:
We are a large-scale, rapidly growing cannabis cultivation facility committed to producing high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards in compliance, safety, and efficiency. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Post Harvest Lead to join our team and oversee the post-harvest department.

Position Summary:
The Post Harvest Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of 8–10 employees through all phases of the post-harvest process, including bucking, trimming, drying, curing, weighing, and packaging. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to ensure that all product is processed efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and oversee a team of 8–10 post-harvest staff members.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

• Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations and company SOPs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

• Accurately track and log inventory through METRC or other seed-to-sale software.

• Monitor quality control during trimming, drying, curing, and packaging processes.

• Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, progress, and any challenges.

• Assist with hands-on post-harvest tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cannabis post-harvest operations preferred.

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing small teams (8–10 people).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Knowledge of METRC or similar inventory systems a plus.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

• Must meet all state and local requirements for working in the cannabis industry.

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
