Post Tension Estimator / Detailer

We are looking for someone who is organized, structured, has a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Customer Service

Skills and Abilities

• Working AutoCAD knowledge, a plus
• Shear 97 or ASA knowledge
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Must have excellent verbal and communication skills
• Effectively communicate issues to the management team
• Dependable
• Must have a sense of urgency about each task at hand
• On screen take-off knowledge a plus

MUST HAVE:

• Experience in estimating and detailing small to medium sized residential and commercial construction projects and generally helping to manage the ongoing projects.
• Experience in Detailing, Estimating, Shop Drawings, Order Taking and Customer Service.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Working AutoCAD knowledge, a plus
• Shear 97 or ASA knowledge
• On screen take-off knowledge a plus
