Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in social sciences, such as public administration or policy, political science, communication, psychology, or sociology from an accredited institution of higher education (Note: applicants who are advanced ABD will be considered for review).
Multidisciplinary research experience
Master of Public Service from an accredited institution of higher education
