Posting Clerk

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with automotive titles? We’re looking for an Automotive Posting Clerk to join our team and help ensure accurate posting, documentation, and processing of deals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do:

  Accurately post all vehicle sales, purchases, and wholesale transactions into the accounting system

  
  


• 
  

  Process and verify automotive titles, including lien releases and DMV paperwork

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and organized deal jackets and records for compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with daily reconciliation of sales and inventory reports

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to resolve posting or title issues

  
  


• 
  

  Provide administrative support to the office and dealership leadership

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Previous automotive accounting or posting clerk experience required

  
  


• 
  

  Title clerk experience strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of DMV regulations, title transfers, and related compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy office environment
