Job Details

General Summary:

Safe Life Defense is seeking a Pouch Manufacturer to join our production team. The Pouch Manufacturer will be responsible for producing high-quality pouches and related duty gear items used in law enforcement, military, and civilian applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Operate industrial equipment to manufacture pouches and duty gear.


• Follow detailed patterns and instructions to cut and assemble pouches to meet product specifications.


• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability standards.


• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency and safety.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.


• Identify and report any defects, malfunctions, or issues in the production process.


• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment as needed.


• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during the manufacturing process.


• All other tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail, strong planning, and organization skills


• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus


• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
