Powder Coat Paint Lead person

We are seeking a Powder Coat Paint Lead Person to oversee powder coating operations in our metal manufacturing Grand Island, NE facility. This role provides daily direction to team members, ensures quality and productivity standards are met, and helps maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support powder coating teams.

• Assign tasks, train employees, and monitor performance.

• Inspect powder-coated finishes for quality.

• Maintain production schedules and troubleshoot issues.

• Enforce safety procedures and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of powder coating experience (leadership preferred).

• Knowledge of powder coating processes.

• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with PPE.
