Job Description - Powder Coater

In collaboration with our valued business partners, we deliver new product development (NPI) strategies for product commercialization and provide solutions in the medical, industrial, defense, and renewable energy industries. The Opportunity: Powder Coater

Your Role: The Powder Coater is responsible for preparing and painting various sheet metal products. They will securely hang prepared parts in the spray booth and then operate a powder coating spray gun. Once the item has been sprayed, the Powder Coater will place parts into oven for processing and examine the finished products for compliance.

Reports To: Industrial Paint Manager

What We’re Looking For:

Highschool or GED Equivalent
1 year powder coating experience preferable
Attention to detail
Possess through understanding of all processes in the painting area
Ability to understand and carry out complicated verbal and written instructions

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
