Powder Coater Painter

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater Painter to join our production team. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by applying high-quality powder coating finishes to metal and manufactured parts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating powder coating equipment and spray guns while maintaining high-quality and consistency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the production team to support daily manufacturing operations

• Operate powder coating equipment to apply finishes to metal or manufactured parts

• Prepare surfaces and materials prior to powder coating application

• Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality standards

• Operate and maintain spray guns to ensure proper application and color consistency

• Inspect finished products to ensure coating quality and uniform coverage

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a shop/manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of powder coating or industrial painting experience

• Experience operating powder coating equipment and spray guns

• Ability to maintain consistent color application and coating quality

• Experience working in a manufacturing or shop environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently with minimal training
