Perform wash bay, powder coating, sandblasting, and patina application duties.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Ensure the quality meets or exceeds the company’s standards.
Physical labor is a requirement of this position. Ability to work on feet all day and lift up to 75 pounds four feet in height.
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.
Pay & Schedule
Day Shift: Mon-Thur from 6:00 am-4:30 pm.
Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands. Occasional Friday shifts, which will be overtime.
Base Pay of $18-$22 per hour (DOE).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, walk, kneel, squat, twist, and reach above shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift at least 75 pounds up to four feet in height. The employee must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, due to the openness of the manufacturing facility.
