Qualifications & Skills - Powder Coating Technician

• Experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.


• Experience in the use of paint spray equipment and/or powder spray equipment is a plus.


• Quality Control knowledge with experience inspecting, testing, and evaluating powder and liquid coatings.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Physical stamina and the ability to use various safe chemicals and cleaning products effectively.


• Previous manufacturing, finishing, general labor, automotive painting, or construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities & Duties - Powder Coating Technician

• Perform wash bay, powder coating, sandblasting, and patina application duties.


• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.


• Ensure the quality meets or exceeds the company’s standards.


• Physical labor is a requirement of this position. Ability to work on feet all day and lift up to 75 pounds four feet in height.


• Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.


• Regular, timely, and predictable attendance is required for this position.

Pay & Schedule

• Day Shift: Mon-Thur from 6:00 am-4:30 pm. 


• Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands. Occasional Friday shifts, which will be overtime.
  


• Base Pay of $18-$22 per hour (DOE).
