Core Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring correct powder gun settings.
   
• Adhere to preheat and cure oven parameters for consistent quality.
   
• Manage material usage efficiently to minimize waste.
   
• Maintain pace with required production volumes.
   
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in proper working condition.
   
• Strive for a zero percent personal rework rate.
   

Key Tasks

• Inspect the cosmetic integrity of each product prior to powder coating.
   
• Apply powder coat to all required products in compliance with AWRS cosmetic standards.
   
• Perform daily adhesion tests to confirm powder coating integrity.
   
• Complete assigned daily workload in full before end of shift.

Qualifications Required: 

• 2 Years of Automotive mfg experience 
• Working well with co-workers in a team environment
