Power BI Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI and Power BI Service, with a minimum of 3 years of hands -on experience. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or any cloud -based ETL tool is highly desirable. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to support business intelligence and data -driven decision -making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
   
2. Manage and optimize Power BI Service for efficient sharing, collaboration, and deployment of reports.
   
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
   
4. Integrate and transform data from various sources using Power BI and other tools as required.
   
5. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data used in reports and dashboards.
   
6. Leverage knowledge of Azure Data Factory or other cloud -based ETL tools to streamline data workflows (preferred).
   
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, datasets, and service configurations.
   
8. Implement best practices for data visualization, performance optimization, and security.
   

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Power BI and Power BI Service.
   
2. Technical Expertise:
   • Proficient in building and deploying Power BI reports and dashboards.
     
   • Experience in managing Power BI Service, including publishing, scheduling, and access management.
     
   • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools is a strong advantage.
     
   • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
     
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to understand business requirements and deliver insights through effective data visualization.
   
4. Problem -Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for Power BI solutions.
   
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross -functional teams.
   
6. Preferred Skills:
   • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
     
   • Knowledge of DAX, M language, and data modeling.
