Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. In this role, you will build custom applications, automate workflows, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for low-code/no-code development.

What You'll Do

1. Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
2. Build and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
3. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
4. Develop chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents
5. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems
6. Customize and extend Dataverse to support business data models
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
8. Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing Power Platform applications
9. Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices are followed

What We're Looking For

1. 3–6+ years of experience in Power Platform development or related roles
2. Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
3. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integrations
4. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with APIs
5. Understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL
6. Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

1. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
2. Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management)
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
4. Experience building enterprise-grade or scalable business applications
5. Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools
