Overview

Location: 100% Remote | Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for Public Trust

LaunchTech is looking for a Power Platform Migration Specialist to join our growing team supporting a highly visible federal customer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of legacy modernization, system architecture, and user-focused design. If you’re energized by transforming outdated tech into scalable, secure cloud solutions, we want to talk to you.

You’ll bring broad technical expertise across system architecture, UI/UX, and data integration to help with the migration of mission-critical legacy systems to the cloud.

What You'll Do

Offer specialized experience in the design and layout of intuitive, user-centered interfaces for modernizing legacy client-server applications
Provide architectural direction and assess systems for performance, scalability, security, and long-term sustainability
Assist with the migration from SharePoint 2013 to O365 Power Platform
Evaluate and support cloud-based system assessments and recommendations
Analyze and support data integration efforts across platforms and environments
Provide insight and thought leadership on innovative design principles and system modernization strategies
Advise management and customers on advanced technical concepts, research, and applications

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
3+ years of demonstrated UI/UX design experience for enterprise applications
2+ years of hands-on experience migrating to the Power Platform
Strong analytical chops and experience with systems networking to include systems design and development
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the keen ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders in a professional manner

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in federal or public-sector projects
Familiarity with Agile delivery models and rapid prototyping
Certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365
