Hunter Power Sports is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Powersports Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for powersports and the outdoors, and are motivated by helping customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are ready to learn a new career, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to grow.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional sales experience.


• Help customers find the right motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports products.


• Learn about customer needs, lifestyle, and budget to make personalized recommendations.


• Demonstrate vehicle features and answer customer questions.


• Conduct test rides and help customers through the purchasing process.


• Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
  

Product Knowledge

• Develop strong knowledge of our powersports products, features, accessories, and available options.


• Stay current on new products, promotions, financing options, and industry trends.


• Participate in training to continue developing your product and sales skills.

Team & Showroom Support

• Work closely with Sales Managers, Parts, Service, and other team members.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.


• Follow dealership sales and customer follow-up processes.


• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality.


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.


• Willingness to learn and take direction.


• Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.


• Passion for powersports, outdoor activities, motorcycles, ATVs, or UTVs is a plus.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
