The 4/10 schedule allows employees to work a ten-hour day Monday through Thursday.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\nLevel 2\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in a STEM field and 2 years of industrial facility or mechanical design experience\n\n\n\nOR 0 years with Masters\n\n * Industrial process equipment and facility design\n * Experience designing low- and medium-voltage power systems\n * Working knowledge of PLCs (including Allen-Bradley and Rockwell software)\n * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.\n * Ability to work in field environments, including climbing ladders, working outdoors, and in confined or congested spaces\n\n\n\nLevel 3\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in STEM\n * 5 years or 3 years with Master\u0027s industrial facility mechanical design experience\n * Industrial process equipment and facility design\n * Experience designing low- and medium-voltage power systems\n * Working knowledge of PLCs (including Allen-Bradley and Rockwell software)\n * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.\n * Ability to work in field environments, including climbing ladders, working outdoors, and in confined or congested spaces\n\n\n\nPreferred Requirements: \n\n * BS in Electrical Engineering\n\n * Power system design experience\n\n * Industrial control design experience\n\n * Excellent communication skills.\n\n * AutoCAD drafting ability\n\n * PLC systems and programming experience\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
