Power Washer

Description

As a Waste Expert Power Washer, you will be responsible for a daily route that includes cleaning and maintaining multifamily residential waste enclosures and rooms on client property. You may be required to support our regular trash and recycling management services.

Waste Expert Power Washer Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a company vehicle to complete the scheduled route

- Report to shift and perform work daily with required personal protective equipment, including but not limited to steel-toe, puncture-resistant boots

- Safely utilize equipment and tools to complete work assignments (such as power washing equipment, cleaning chemicals, waste caddies, tow hitches, compactors, ladders, etc.)

- Conduct weekly truck inspections and report any issues

- Service assigned properties on site by:

• Power washing containers, enclosures, rooms, etc., per route sheet
• Sorting trash, recycling, and compostable waste into appropriate containers
• Hauling bulky items off-site
• Manually compacting waste
• Sweeping/cleaning enclosures, trash rooms, and trash chutes

- Manage daily route assignment by:

• Noting start and completion times
• Taking before/after photos of services performed
• Communicate with relevant departments to report/resolve issues and maintain a high-quality service
• Submit appropriate paperwork as required to communicate notes and maintain the route assignment

- Additional duties as assigned.

Waste Expert Power Washer Shifts:

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday: 4:00 AM
• Over time, as required
• Pay $23.50/hr

Requirements

Waste Expert Power Washer Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Work independently to complete daily assignments
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Strong time management skills
• Flexible to travel to Kirkland for training
• Frequently lift items weighing 50-80 lbs.
• Push/maneuver dumpsters and compactors weighing in excess of 500 lbs.
• Stepping in/out of waste containers safely with the use of a ladder
