Job Description - Powersports & Motorcycle Sales Representative


Are you passionate about powersports, people and customer service?

Looking for a fun and fast-paced workplace?

This is your chance to join one of the fastest growing Powersports stores in Central PA.

All Trails Powersports is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team.

The Ideal person would have the ability to keep cool under pressure and juggle multiple tasks and stay on schedule.

As a part of the team, you would be required to perform the following duties.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services based on their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits
- Collaborate with the sales team and managers to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up with leads and closing deals
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities

Skills:
- Strong math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
- Previous experience in outbound sales is a plus
- Knowledge of sales support techniques to assist customers effectively
- Familiarity with inventory control processes to manage stock levels
- Understanding of dealership operations and sales processes is beneficial
- Ability to manage the sales pipeline and close deals successfully
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company
- Experience in outside sales activities, such as prospecting and lead generation

This is a front-line sales position that requires excellent customer service skills and the willingness to learn. A valid motorcycle license and prior sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Candidates must be able to work, days, evenings, and weekend hours. Competitive pay, on-site training, and employee discounts available.

Required 1 year of sales or automotive sale experience.
