Position Overview

As a Parts & Service Specialist, you’ll be the go-to resource for customers and technicians—helping riders get the right parts, accessories, and service support to keep their machines performing at their best.

Responsibilities

  Assist customers in identifying and purchasing correct parts and accessories

  
  


• 
  

  Support service technicians with accurate parts sourcing and ordering

  
  


• 
  

  Manage parts inventory, receiving, and stocking

  
  


• 
  

  Process special orders and vendor returns

  
  


• 
  

  Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone

  
  


• 
  

  Stay up to date on the latest powersports models, gear, and technology

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Strong passion for powersports (ATVs, dirt bikes, street bikes, UTVs, snowmobiles)

  
  


• 
  

  Previous parts, service writing, or dealership experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical knowledge is a strong plus

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer and inventory system skills
