Anderson Outdoor is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Finance Producer/ Administrative & Sales Support Specialist to support our major unit sales department. This role is responsible presenting and selling protection products, managing all deal documentation and funding processes, and providing backup sales support when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Job Summary:
The Finance Producer is to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered while protecting the customer’s information. The customers’ experience while purchasing a new or used vehicle is paramount.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Model and uphold Anderson Auto Group’s Core Values.
• Serve as a positive role model and/or teammate.
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants and/or needs.
• Answer questions regarding the dealership and its merchandise.
• Assist with maintaining professional appearance of all inventory and arrangement of vehicles on the lot.
• Make the process for a customer enjoyable and easy to get the information they want/need.
• Product offerings/knowledge for vehicles and finance products and be able to present comparisons against our competition
• Maintain current training on safety for role.
• Maintain certification and training for necessary programs.
• Generates additional income through the sales Rate, VSC, GAP, Simionz, protection packages, and Maintenance plans
• Maintains control of all paperwork and breaking down the deal in preparation for title clerk
• Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
• Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and lease in a timely and effective manner
• Process all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction
• Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting
• Oversees that customers have a complete explanation and understanding of the manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Ensures that customers get shown 100% of available products 100% of the time
• Other tasks as assigned.
Finance &Product Sales:
Educate customers on coverage options and benefits
Maintain strong product penetration and compliance standards
Deal Processing & Administration
Title & Lien Management
Customer & Documentation Support
Mail final deal paperwork to customers
Handle document corrections and follow-ups as needed
Communicate professionally with customers regarding documentation
Maintain complete and secure deal files
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Three to five years' experience in a variety of automotive functions.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to drive all types of vehicles including manual transmission. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Ability to be on your feet at least 50% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
