Responsibilities:

• 
  Gear Up Our Customers: Assist customers in finding the perfect parts and accessories for their powersports vehicle. This includes recommending products, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable advice on maintenance and customization.


• 
  Be a Parts Pro: Utilize your knowledge of powersports parts and accessories to identify parts from customer descriptions and interpret repair orders from technicians. Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory to ensure efficient order fulfillment.


• 
  Ordering Ace: Process customer and technician parts orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain clear communication on order status and keep customers informed of any backordered items.


• 
  Inventory Rockstar: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department. Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure parts are readily available for customer needs.


• 
  Customer Service Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Be friendly, professional, and passionate about helping customers achieve their powersports goals.


• 
  Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the sales and service departments to ensure all parts needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft)


• Strong understanding of powersports parts and accessories


• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in computer software and point-of-sale systems


• Valid driver's license (may be required)
