ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Greet customers in a warm, friendly and consistent manner.


• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.


• Ability and desire to sell the products and services of the dealership.


• Promote the dealership in an upbeat, ethical, and professional manner.


• Familiarity of all products, sales programs, and services sold.


• Attend product and sales training requested by Sales Managers


• Ensure that a Sales Manager can meet each customer.


• Keeping up to date on all sales training requirements


• Follow company sales procedures.


• Introduce every customer to our Service Department to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of our shop can proved to them.


• Ensure every customer’s vehicle is clean and ready fo delivery.


• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles.


• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.


• Create showroom displays.


• Keep showroom organized and clean at all times, includes keeping both new and used units detailed.


• Follow all traffic log requirements.


• Maintaining customer database


• Other duties as assigned
