Job Summary:
Successful candidates will be responsible to provide an unparalleled powersports experience through all aspects of a professional sales process; greeting, qualifying, presenting, matching the right product, gaining commitment, celebrating the delivery, and managing customer expectations throughout the transaction. Successful candidates will demonstrate characteristics that are results-oriented with a professional, customer-centered focus: self-driven, positive outlook, professional appearance; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales; communication. Will be in charge of buying and maintaining pre-owned inventory, turn times, and appraisals.
