PPC & Lead Generation Specialist

Silver Bell Group is expanding its marketing team and is looking for a
results-driven and analytical PPC & Lead Generation Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing
paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with a strong focus
on lead generation and performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns on
  Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  
• Create and execute lead generation
  strategies aligned with campaign goals
  
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives,
  headlines, CTAs, and landing page elements
  
• Monitor and optimize campaign
  performance metrics
  
• Collaborate with designers,
  copywriters, and developers on ad assets and landing pages
  
• Utilize tools like GA4,
  Google Tag Manager, and Semrush for tracking, insights, and
  reporting
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance
  reports and participate in strategy reviews
  
• Recommend and implement improvements
  related to CRO and email nurturing flows
  

Requirements:

• Minimum
  2 years of experience in PPC advertising and lead generation
  
• Strong
  knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
  
• Hands-on experience with GA4,
  Google Tag Manager, and Semrush
  
• Solid understanding of conversion
  funnels, campaign tracking, and attribution
  
• Self-starter with strong analytical
  and performance-oriented mindset
  
• Team player with effective
  communication and collaboration skills
  
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1
  level)
