Job Description - PPC Specialist

Silver Bell Group is expanding its Marketing team and is looking for a proactive and analytical PPC Specialist to support both our internal marketing efforts and client campaigns. If you enjoy managing paid media across channels, working closely with cross -functional teams, and driving measurable results – we’d love to connect with you.

Key responsibilities:

Create, monitor, and report on all PPC (Pay -Per -Click) advertising activities across relevant platforms.
Optimize paid campaigns on social media channels to maximize performance and ROI.
Continuously improve campaign performance by adjusting keyword bids, targeting by device and audience, conducting keyword research, and A/B testing of landing pages and ad copy.
Audit, rebuild, and enhance existing campaigns to align with business goals and market conditions.
Plan and launch new ad campaigns from concept to execution.
Conduct regular data analysis and provide detailed performance reports for all paid media campaigns.
Test and implement new beta features offered by Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to stay ahead of platform innovations.
Perform in -depth competitor analysis to understand market dynamics better and identify opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall strategy and messaging.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and updates in the Google Ads ecosystem and paid media industry.
Report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities:

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social) or in a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in English – both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
Strong understanding of campaign analytics, A/B testing, keyword strategy, bidding models, audience targeting, and relevant ad platforms.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
