PPG: Procurement Expeditor - engineering/procurement/construction

QISG provides EPC construction services and strategic project development across North America. We excel in building gas-fired power generation, biomass energy and production plants, combined heat & power, renewable fuels, and specialized hydrocarbon facilities.

We’re hiring a support-level Procurement Expeditor to join our supply chain team. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and ready to grow in the energy construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate material shipments to project sites
• Verify incoming materials and report discrepancies
• Assist with purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and documentation
• Communicate with suppliers and support logistics updates

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or relevant experience)
• 1+ year of work experience in logistics or supply chain, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient in ERP: (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, etc.) 
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• This position requires full-time onsite presence at our Houston HQ.
