Your role at Hostinger

We've just launched something big — Hostinger Horizons, an all-in-one AI partner-designer, developer, and copywriter helping users create and launch fully functional websites and web applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the world hears about it.

As a communications manager for this product, your expertise in public relations and strategic communication will directly influence its visibility and success. You’ll own all external communication activities — PR, social media, partnerships — and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stories that make an impact.

• Build and drive an integrated communications strategy for Hostinger Horizons
• Analyze AI and tech trends to plan and execute high-impact, creative PR campaigns
• Develop newsworthy content that supports marketing and product goals and resonates with different audiences and media
• Craft compelling commentary, op-eds, and media pitches that grab attention
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets around the world
• Grow the thought leadership of our internal experts through content and speaking opportunities
• Monitor the news cycle, track emerging trends, and leverage cutting-edge tools to spot PR opportunities
• Support partnerships with NGOs, universities, academies, and tech communities 
• Drive social media team with PR-aligned input and content ideas
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a sense of ownership and accountability

• 3+ years of experience in PR or communications, either in-house or at an agency
• Exceptional English writing and speaking skills (C1+); you know how to adapt tone and message for different audiences and platforms
• Proven ability to generate media interest through strong storytelling and creative content angles
• Experience running international PR campaigns and understanding what works in different markets
• Strong copywriting skills and an eye for editorial-quality content
• Highly organized, results-driven, and reliable with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with tools like MuckRack, Meltwater, Brand24, Cision, Mention, or similar
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
• Curious about technology and AI, with a willingness to learn and grow
• A goal-oriented, data-driven mindset with a passion for measurable impact

• Gross salary 2500-4000 EUR (depends on your experience and competencies).
