PR, Social Media & Content Account Executive

• Tell our clients’ stories by crafting content in a variety of formats including social copy, media pitches, press releases, blog posts, infographics, case studies and more 
• Adapt "voice" in writing based on target, medium and client preference  

• Assist with the creation and execution of media relations strategies for PR campaigns
• Learn the types of publications to pitch and which journalists would be most receptive to a pitch based on their past coverage 
• Pitch media and manage follow-up and interview coordination 
• Report progress, manage results trackers and create campaign recaps 

• Develop editorial calendars and manage creative asset development for both paid and organic social
• Monitor and develop responses to social media conversations and trends across social media daily 
• Contribute to the development of social media creative, sharing insights into target behavior on social media
• Create and execute digital engagement activities, such as sweepstakes, Lives and Surprise & Delight programs
• Assist in ad trafficking and QA  
• Gather data, identify insights and craft measurement reports 

• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take ownership of work 
• Maintain professional rapport with clients, building their trust and confidence
• Collaborate with peers and other departments across agency 
• Commit to following Hiebing’s AI Policy and demonstrate comfort using generative AI
• Understand when to seek help or counsel from appropriate senior staff  
• Willing to assist in agency projects such as phone duty and client events

• Relevant experience (internship or full-time) 
• Bachelor’s degree 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and able to thrive under pressure
• Passionate about public relations, social media and content and committed to learning fundamentals of each 
• Fluent across a variety of social channels as an active and passionate participant
• This position is a hybrid position. You must be able to be on-site Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday weekly 
• Ability to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
