We are recruiting on behalf of our client, The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Leader B. – Intermediate to support both analytical research and project coordination functions. This role involves working closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to document, analyze, track, and support projects and new technology initiatives within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on emerging tools and technologies
• Develop business cases for proposed solutions
• Analyze data and validate findings
• Build reports and dashboards for decision-making
• Participate in peer reviews of team deliverables
• Draft and revise documentation, workflows, and internal practices
• Document and improve business processes
• Engage stakeholders for input and feedback
• Report daily progress and key milestones
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned

This is an onsite position in Tallahassee FL

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service and manage stakeholder expectations
