We are recruiting on behalf of our client, The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). We are seeking a Product Development Coordinator to lead complex IT product development efforts, primarily focused on the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on role that involves managing product delivery timelines, coordinating with technical and business teams, and ensuring products align with agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software products/enhancements.
• Manage and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules.
• Collaborate across business, development, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Translate business needs into technical action plans.
• Facilitate risk mitigation, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Support ServiceNow integration, prototyping, and post-deployment planning.

This is an Onsite Role in Tallahassee, FL

Required Experience:

• 7+ years in IT product development or software lifecycle management.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in tech/government environments.
• Strong background in product delivery timelines and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integration and support.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent experience.
