Position Overview

As a Nursing Faculty member in our Practical Nursing program, you'll deliver comprehensive nursing education through a blend of classroom instruction, clinical supervision, and simulation-based learning. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on future healthcare professionals while advancing your own career in nursing education.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom instruction and clinical supervision in the Practical Nursing program
• Facilitate learning through simulation-based experiences (SBE) and skills laboratory instruction
• Evaluate student performance and ensure competency achievement across all learning environments
• Provide mentorship and academic support through various communication channels
• Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare facilities to coordinate clinical experiences
• Participate in curriculum development and program assessment initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution
• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Meets state Board of Nursing faculty requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in current nursing practice
• Strong background in educational methodology
• Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite
