Practice Administrator

Greater Maryland Pain Management is seeking an experienced, driven, and accountable Practice Manager to join our leadership team.

We are a physician-owned, multi-location interventional pain management practice actively expanding throughout Maryland. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where your leadership will directly influence our people, our patients, and our future.

This is not a traditional office manager position. We are looking for an operational leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating accountability, and solving complex challenges. Working closely with the CEO and COO, you will help shape the future of our organization while building the systems and culture needed to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  - Provide operational leadership and standardize workflows across all practice locations.
  - Translate executive priorities into action and ensure consistent execution.
  - Hold managers and staff accountable for meeting expectations and achieving results.
  - Build systems that increase efficiency, consistency, and patient satisfaction.
  - Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Qualifications

  - Five or more years of healthcare leadership experience (multi-site experience preferred).
  - Proven success leading managers and department leaders.
  - Strong communication skills and the ability to implement lasting process improvements.
  - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.
